located in The HISTOric Old Buckley Fire Station. Doxsa’s Social House is a versatile year around venue space. The space features beautiful stained concrete floors, custom community barn tables, prep space, full bar and a 1500 sq ft PRivate patio space open to garage doors.

Included in Venue Rental

  • Amenities: Approx 2000 sq ft of heated/air-conditioned indoor space with ample natural light, 1500 Sq ft patio with cover, ADA-accessible restrooms, & waste/recycle service.

  • Ice MAchine: We do have an ice machine; our staff can help get ice for your event.

  • INDOOR Furniture: (3) 10’ Wooden Farm Tables, (1) 10’ Elevated Farm Table, (20) indoor Bar Stools, (30) Indoor Chairs

  • OUTDOOR FURNITURE: (1) 11’ Elevated Farm Table, (6) 6’ Elevated Farm Tables, (50) Bar Stools, (9) 30”x30” Tables, (26) Outdoor Chairs, (2) 12’ Cedar Log Benches

  • Signage: Personalized welcome sign, PRIVATE PARTY, bar/FOOD menu, etc.

  • Audio-visual: Bluetooth speaker / PA system with microphone; (1) 75" TV, (1) 85" TV for presentation or slideshow.

  • Bar / Beverage: Food & Alcohol is AVAILABLE for purchase, let us know in advance for any special request.

  • Venue Staff: Pre event, Venue Host to assist with audio-visual and maintenance.

  • Planning Session: 1 onsite planning meeting to discuss venue layout, decor/event design, and timeline.

  • Event Assistant: Helps with anything needed at the party

  • Additional Space: We have additional space in our gym that can be reserved for games, overflow etc

Required for Venue Rentals:

  • Rental period: Events must conclude by 10/10:30PM (cleanup/exit by 11pm).

  • Event insurance: Certificate of liability insurance required. We RECOMMEND (www.theeventhelper.com)

  • If alcohol will be served: We provide the bartender(s).

  • Security deposit: Refundable deposit due 30-days prior to event.

  • Cleaning deposit (50% refundable): 50% is refunded back after the event if the venue is restore to its original condition.

  • Sales tax: 8.2% local sales tax added to all pricing.
