Saturday Pricing (6 hour minimum):

6 Hour Minimum – $1,499

$125 for each additional hour

(5 paid hours + 1 free hour)

Early Saturday Pricing (4 hour minimum, 6hr Maximum):

4 Hour Minimum - $799

Between Hours of 10AM to 4PM

$125 for each additional hour

(3 paid hours + 1 free hour)

Friday Pricing (5 hour minimum):

5 Hour Minimum – $1,249

$125 for each additional hour

(4 paid hours + 1 free hour)

Thursday & Sunday Pricing (4 hour minimum):

4 Hour Minimum- $799

(3 paid hours + 1 free hour)

Monday – Wednesday Pricing (3 hour minimum):

3 Hour Minimum – $499


$125 for each additional hour

(2 paid hours + 1 free hour)

Booking Fee: $250 – This non-refundable booking fee is required to hold event. Your booking fee is applied to cost of venue rental. 50% of the total is due within 60 days of booking, and the remaining balance must be paid in full a minimum of 30 days prior the date of the event.

Cleaning deposit (50% refundable) $250 - is due two weeks prior to the event. This deposit is 50% ($125) refundable if the venue is left in the same condition as you found it.
